One collection, more than one relative

Buy one ten-second video credit for US$9, three for US$25, or six for US$49. Each credit creates one finished ten-second film from one photograph. Use them for different relatives, different photographs of the same person, or a suitable group photo.

Purchased credits do not expire. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Save your private collection link before payment; it restores access on another device. Email recovery is not available.

Unused credits can be refunded on request. A failed film is refunded at its share of the pack price, without affecting other films. The US$25 pack allocates US$8.34, US$8.33 and US$8.33. Restoration and colorization are separate services.

What every film includes

• One photograph made into one silent, downloadable MP4.
• Personal review of the source and the finished result.
• One generation retry if the initial result is unsuitable.
• Your own private order page for status, delivery, and refund requests.

When you pay and when the film arrives

For a single starter film, choose your photo before payment. For a video pack, save your collection link, pay once through Stripe, then add each photograph whenever you are ready. Each submitted photo enters personal review. Delivery is usually within 48 hours after payment and receipt of a usable photograph; this is an estimate, not instant generation.

Save the complete private order link. Email notifications are not yet enabled, so status and the finished film appear on that page. You can copy the link or download it as a private text file.

If the result does not feel right

If the first result is unsuitable, one retry is included. If we cannot create an acceptable portrait, we refund that film’s purchase value. If you are unhappy with a delivered film, request a refund from the order page within 14 days. Bank processing times vary.

There is no recurring subscription. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency-conversion fees.

What is outside this order

A standard portrait does not include speech, voice cloning, music, multi-photo editing, or guaranteed photo restoration or colorization. The public example is an illustration of the process, not a promise that every source photo will produce the same movement.
