The service
Hello Once More creates a 5-second living portrait for US$5 or a 10-second living portrait for US$9 from your photograph. You can also buy three 10-second video credits for US$25 or six for US$49. One credit creates one finished 10-second MP4 from one photo, for any relative or suitable group. Purchased credits do not expire and never renew automatically. Restoration, colorization and additional finished versions are not included. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
An interpretation, not recovered footage
Movement is created by AI. The film is not evidence of a real event or authentic footage of the person depicted. We do not generate voices, speech, or messages from the people shown. AI can produce imperfect results.
Permission to create
You must be at least 18, own or have permission to use the photo, and have permission or the appropriate authority to create the portrait of everyone shown. Do not submit intimate, exploitative, harassing, or otherwise unlawful imagery. We may refuse unsuitable requests and refund a paid order.
Review and delivery
A person reviews your photograph and the generated result. Delivery is usually within 48 hours after payment and receipt of a usable photograph; this is an estimate. Your order status and completed film appear on your private link. Save that link. Email notifications are not yet enabled.
One retry and refunds
If the initial result is unsuitable, one generation retry is included. If we cannot produce an acceptable film after the included retry, we refund its purchase value. For packs, each credit receives an equal share of the price, with remainder cents assigned to the first credits (a US$25 pack allocates US$8.34, US$8.33 and US$8.33). Refunding a film does not refund other films in the pack. You can request a refund of unused credits from your collection at any time; refunded credits are removed. If you are unhappy with a delivered film, request a refund on your order page within 14 days. Bank processing times vary.
Private by default
You may download the finished film for personal use. We will not publish it without a separate permission request. Keep your private order link secure; anyone with the complete link can access the order.
