What we collect
When you order, we collect your photograph, name or portrait title, email, optional memory note, consent, and order details. Before you submit the order, your selected photograph stays on your device.
What we do with it
We use this information to create, review, and deliver your portrait, respond to refund requests, and maintain payment records. We never put customer photographs or videos in a public gallery without separate, explicit permission.
The services involved
Vercel hosts the website and private order storage. Stripe processes payments; Hello Once More does not receive your complete card details. When creating your film, fal.ai and its model provider process the submitted image. Their processing and retention policies apply to the copies they handle.
Keeping and deleting files
Our working photograph is deleted when the film is delivered or refunded. Unpaid and abandoned drafts older than seven days are removed through the studio’s retention process. Download your film promptly and keep your own copy. Order and payment records may be retained for accounting and support. We cannot promise deletion of copies retained by payment or AI providers.
Your private order link
The long private collection link grants access to your collection and can spend its credits. Individual film links grant access only to that film. Save the collection link as a private file to return on another device. Email recovery is not available. Do not share it publicly. We store it in this browser so “Your memories” can show your orders. We use a strictly necessary session cookie when the owner signs into the studio. No advertising analytics are included.
